COVD-19 Contingency Planning with Ashbury

COVD-19 Contingency Planning with Ashbury

In light of COVD-19, and with mass home-working looking very likely, businesses are poised to action their crisis management contingency plans required by GFSI audit standards.

While ‘business as usual’ is succumbing to the affects of the pandemic, we are rapidly moving from the prevention phase to the response phase, as well as planning for the recovery phase. Social distancing, working from home, and in the worst of cases, illness, is stretching resource for many businesses; As a result we have seen an increase in requests for services such as specification writing and approvals to assist while staff are unable to come into the office.

Ashbury has one of the biggest regulatory teams in the food industry, most of whom work remotely at home locations across the globe. During this uncertain time we are well equipped and we have the resource available to assist manufacturers and retailers in maintaining productivity while protecting their staff. If you need any assistance do not hesitate to contact us.

Take care of yourselves, your family and your colleagues,

The Ashbury Team
