What is the standard turnaround time?
It's important we keep your product launch on track. Most of our projects are completed in 7 - 10 working days; this can vary depending on volume, countries required and the complexity of products.
Do you have a minimum charge?
We have a minimum spend of £500, but if you need to spend less on your initial project we can save the rest as a credit on your account which will be redeemable against future queries or projects.
Do you provide express service?
In most cases, we are able to deliver projects with an express turnaround (<5 days); this is dependent on available resourcing at the time of the request.
What are your rates?
Most of our charges are fixed price, but they vary depending on product complexity, countries required and the number of products. We always provide an upfront cost estimate so you can make an informed decision.
Are there charges involved for follow up questions?
One of the core Ashbury aims is to simplify the complex world of regulatory compliance. Therefore, we will be on hand to help clarify anything you don't understand about the report we have given you. Any questions outside of the initial report delivered will incur a fee.
What information do you need in order to provide the quote?
Every project is different; in order to help understand your needs we need to know: How many products you need us to review. The countries/jurisdictions those products are going to be sold in. Your current product information - whether artworks, pack copies or product specifications.
How long will it take for me to receive a quotation?
We aim to get quotes back within 48 hours. The more complex a project, the longer it may take to understand your needs so we can provide the most accurate quote possible.
Who is the point of contact during the process?
Our dedicated Business Development team will take you through everything from the initial enquiry all the way through to confirming a work contract with you. Once the project is underway, we will assign one of our regulatory experts as your Project Manager, they will ensure timely delivery of your project and answer any regulatory questions you may have.
Can I send my artwork back to you to double-check once I've made changes?
We're always happy to take another look at an artwork to give you complete peace of mind, however, additional reviews are chargeable (although at a reduced cost).
When do I receive the invoice?
We only invoice clients once the project has been completed and our standard payments terms are 30 days.
Do you issue a compliance certificate?
We can provide certificates of compliance if requested, but in order to do so, our advisors must be able to sign off a 100% compliant artwork.
Do you print, create or design labels?
Unfortunately, we do not design or manufacture labels.
